Creating new designs for restaurants inside zoos, museums, amusement parks, colleges, and fairs presents a unique opportunity to engage with the public in fun and interesting ways through menu designs and signage. Here is a selection of work from the Minnesota State Fair including the “Spam Sushi” booth and the opening of new dining experiences at the Oklahoma City Zoo and Zoo Knoxville. Each venue contained multiple food and beverage outlets and the zoos also included substantial catering businesses that required new branding and design concepts, marketing plans, digital signage and advertising.
